No separate course enrollment fee is listed - the center's membership matrícula only applies if you also join Horta Esportiva. Places renew automatically each trimester unless you cancel at reception (by Dec 14, 2026 and Mar 15, 2027).

What you need to know
The teaching pool is a separate 16m x 12.5m tank just 1.25m deep, so nervous beginners are never out of their depth. Saturday-morning slots run for every age band, not just babies, which helps if weekday evenings are already spoken for.
About
The municipal pool in Horta runs term-time swim courses for every age, from 6-month-old babies up to 17-year-olds. Five age bands share the shallow teaching pool, with sessions Monday to Saturday and a maximum of 10-12 swimmers per group. Members and non-members can both enroll, and places renew automatically each trimester unless you cancel.
