About
Cookiteca is a cooking school and kitchen shop with a teaching kitchen at València 223 in the Eixample. Its holiday casals are for children aged 6 to 12. The school describes the format like this: each session starts with breakfast, moves on to a daily activity (a market visit, a trip to an artisan chocolate or candy shop, or decorating cookies and cupcakes) and ends with the children helping to cook their own lunch. Gluten-free menus are available. Last year's Christmas casal ran December 22 to 24 and 29 to 31, and the dates shown are from 2025-26. The 2026-27 dates and price are not published yet.
