About
The community circus school at the Ateneu Popular 9 Barris, where kids climb from Petits up to the Escola Juvenil learning trapeze, silks, unicycle, acrobatics and juggling. Running since 1997, it now teaches around 92 kids across the Escola Infantil plus 25 teens in the Escola Juvenil. Demand outstrips the places, so spots are awarded each June on published priority criteria, with 60% reserved for kids from Nou Barris and an open lottery only to break ties.
