A real wilderness week in the Muga valley: kids sleep in dome tents by the river and come home with skills they can use for life.
A five-day residential camp at The Home of the Pioneers, a finca in the Muga valley near Albanyà (Alt Empordà), about 1h45 from Barcelona. Kids aged 8 to 16 sleep in dome tents as a group and spend the days on survival skills, shelter building, navigation, boat building, water quality testing, forest expeditions, wildlife tracking, and bird and insect identification. Evenings bring campfire stories, stargazing and movie nights. Full board with three healthy meals daily from farm-fresh local ingredients, plus infinity pool access. Parents can book an optional full-board stay in separate comfort rooms (€1,400 single, €2,360 double for the 4 nights) while the kids camp with the group. Arrival Monday evening, pickup Friday early afternoon.
