What you need to know
A Christmas-break tech camp you book by the day, not by the week, so it fits around family travel.
- Book by the day: last year there were nine single days to pick from across Christmas and Reyes, with 5% off for four or more.
- Three day lengths: mornings to 13:00, half day to 14:00 with lunch, or full day to 16:00 with lunch.
- Ages 4 to 14, grouped by age, and no experience needed.
- Robots in the morning, then science and tech-art in the afternoon, with all materials included.
About
Techlab Kids runs a Christmas and Reyes holiday camp at its Sant Gervasi center (Vía Augusta 318) for ages 4 to 14, with no tech experience needed. Kids work in age-based groups: mornings are robotics, building and programming robots, and afternoons move on to science experiments, tech-art and digital technology. Last year's theme was musical robots, which kids decorated and took home. Families book single days rather than full weeks, and pick mornings only (9:00 to 13:00), half day with lunch (9:00 to 14:00) or full day with lunch (9:00 to 16:00). Materials are included, and drop-off from 8:45 and pick-up until 16:30 are free. In 2025-26 it ran on nine days: Dec 22, 23, 24, 29, 30 and 31, plus Jan 2, 5 and 7, with 5% off for four days or more. Prices are not published: you ask through the sign-up form on the camp page. Dates shown are from 2025-26. The 2026-27 edition is usually announced in mid-November.
