About

Ballet of Lights tells Cinderella through classical ballet, with six dancers in illuminated costumes on a darkened stage. The lighting follows the story, marking each change of pace, mood and scene. It is a short, story-led show, not a full-length classical production, which makes it an easy first ballet for kids who already know the fairy tale. Families after a traditional evening at the ballet should look elsewhere.
