A municipal civic center on Avinguda Jordà in Horta-Guinardó with its own Ludoteca, a toy library with a school-year program for children. The center also runs kids' classes such as martial arts, yoga and hip-hop, free family workshops, a summer casal and a three-morning winter casal in the Ludoteca.
