About
An esplai is a youth club run by volunteers. Esplais Catalans is the secular network behind many of them across Catalonia, grouped into 13 local sectors. Kids from 5 to 17 meet most Saturdays for games, scavenger hunts, workshops and outings, led by volunteer monitors aged 18 and up. In school holidays, groups head off on camps, colònies and hikes.
