Traditional Shito-Ryu karate in an old Hostafrancs dojo.
Kids' karate at a family-run dojo in Hostafrancs that has been teaching martial arts since 1967. The club practices Shito-Ryu in a traditional way, in two age groups: 4 to 12 train twice a week, 13 to 17 four evenings a week. The same club runs judo for kids; its aikido and jiu jitsu classes are adults-only. A short walk from Plaça Espanya.
€50 a month for one day a week, or €60 a month for anything from two to five days. Enrollment is free, and the only extra is €20 a year for medical insurance. Karate and judo cost the same.
Any time. Enrollment is open all year, so you do not have to wait for September or the start of a term. Sign-up is by phone or email rather than online.
