Festa Major de Sant Antoni is the year's first major neighborhood festival, running mid-to-late January with free events across music, theater, sports, and traditional Catalan culture. The centerpiece is Tres Tombs, a procession of horses, mules, and carriages where families bring pets to be blessed by Sant Antoni, the patron saint of animals. The program includes live concerts, workshops, children's shows, food stalls, giants, sardana dancing, and correfoc fire runs.
More family picks, Friday to Sunday.
