Name: Karaoke Night at the Poble-sec Festa
Start: 2026-07-24
End: 2026-07-24
Location: Centre Cultural Albareda

Question 1

Is this more of a music thing or a neighborhood street party?

Accepted Answer

It's both, but lean toward music. You've got a live radio broadcast, karaoke hosted by a drag performer, and a full concert by Irieix at 8pm. If your kids are into singing or live music, they'll have fun. If they just want to run around and eat street food, it's less of that vibe.

Question 2

Can we just show up or do we need to reserve anything?

Accepted Answer

Just show up. It's on the street, entrance is free, no tickets needed. Get there before 8pm if you want a decent spot for the Irieix concert, since it's outdoors and will probably get crowded.

Question 3

What's the food situation?

Accepted Answer

La Llar Pere Barnés is serving dinner starting at 6pm, and there's a bar run by Aliança Monstruosa. It's not a full food market, so if your kids are picky eaters, grab something before you go or eat at home first.

Question 4

How do we get there by metro?

Accepted Answer

Take L2 or L3 to Paral·lel station. The event is on Carrer Albareda between Palaudàries and Puig i Xoriguer, which is about a 5-minute walk from the metro. Buses 20, 21, 36, 64, 91, and D20 also stop nearby if that's easier.
