Most families probably do 3-4 hours and catch lunch there, then head home before dinner. The three zones mean you can rotate between live music, workshops, and the games area so nobody gets bored.

How do we actually get there with a stroller and two small kids?

Metro line 4 goes straight to Llacuna station, which is about a 10-minute walk to Parc del Fòrum. They explicitly allow strollers in, and the park has flat, paved paths so you're not wrestling a buggy over grass. If you're driving, there's parking at the Forum shopping center right next to the park, though it fills up on weekends.

Can we bring our own snacks, or do we have to buy everything there?

You can bring your own food and eat in the picnic zones they've set up. There are also food vendors on-site if you want to grab something. This is huge if your kid has allergies or just refuses to eat anything that isn't their specific brand of crackers.

What's the vibe if my kid is more into running around than sitting through performances?

The Games Zone is basically a free-play area where kids can move around without you having to watch a stage, so that's your answer. You can skip the SonarXS performances entirely and just let them burn energy there while you sit in the shade. The workshops in SonarDôme are interactive, not sit-down lectures, so those tend to hold attention better than straight performances anyway.
