Is it a full day out or a quick stop?

Either works. The three zones let you rotate between live music, the workshops and the Games Zone, so you can stay through lunch or leave once the kids flag.

Can we bring a stroller?

Yes. Strollers and other family gear are allowed in, and the play areas are laid with artificial grass, so a fall on the ground is a soft one.

Is it good for a kid who'd rather run around than watch a show?

Yes. The Games Zone is a free-play area, so they can burn energy there while you sit in the shade, and you can skip the SonarXS stage entirely. The SonarDôme workshops are hands-on, not sit-down, so they hold attention better than a straight performance.
