Question 1

Will it hold my 2-year-old's attention for the full 35 minutes?

Accepted Answer

That's the age it's built for. Each season is its own short animal story with a new puppet, a song and a live tune, so there's a reset every few minutes rather than one long plot. Bring a small snack or a favorite toy as a backup, and don't stress if your kid wanders a bit. The whole audience is toddlers and their parents.

Question 2

Can I bring a baby who'll probably cry or need to eat during the show?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the venue is set up for early childhood audiences, so a fussy baby won't be out of place. It's a small theater, though, so sound carries. If your baby is a loud crier, sit near an exit so you can step out without disrupting everyone else.

Question 3

Is there parking nearby or should I take the metro?

Accepted Answer

Take the metro. L'Autèntica is on Carrer de Martí in Gràcia, next to Plaça del Nord, and street parking is tight on weekends. Lesseps (L3) is the closest stop, about a 5-minute walk, with Fontana (L3) around 7 minutes. If you're coming on L4, Joanic is roughly a 10-minute walk. If you do drive, the theater points to Parking Ramos as the nearest car park.

Question 4

What time should I arrive before the show starts?

Accepted Answer

Get there 10 to 15 minutes early so your kid can get seated without rushing. The theater is small, so there's no huge lobby to explore, but a few calm minutes before sitting down helps. The box office opens one hour before each show if you still need tickets.
