• Guided castle tours run at 10am, 11am, 12pm and 1pm, led in Catalan, with the 10am tour also offered in Spanish and a cap of 25 people
• Closed over Christmas, since the castle shuts for the whole school Christmas break
• Train option on the R3 line to Sant Quirze de Besora, then a signposted path leads to the park car park

A protected park of oak and Scots pine woods split in two by the Ter River, built around Montesquiu Castle, a fortified medieval manor house. Signposted trails loop through the woods and along the river, including one adapted for visitors with disabilities.

The castle has formal gardens, the Espai Montferrer sculpture park, an exhibition hall, and a picnic area by the Castell Xic spring.
