The 2026 dates are not out yet. In 2025 the park's Christmas decorations went up in late November, and El Palau del Nadal ran Dec 13 to Jan 4 on weekends and school holidays, closed Dec 24, 25, 26 and 31 and Jan 1.

Do we need to book El Palau del Nadal?

Yes. Tickets are for a set time, with a new group every 15 minutes, so book online ahead, especially for weekends and the school break.

In 2025 El Palau del Nadal was €18 for adults and €14 for ages 2 to 12, and under 2s went free. Park entry was €15 for adults and €11 for kids 3 to 12. Check when booking whether a combined ticket is offered.

Can we get there without a car?

Yes. Rodalies sells a combined ticket that covers the train to Molins de Rei, the L62 bus from the station to the park, and park entry.

Is it OK for toddlers?

Yes, it is one of the gentlest Christmas outings around Barcelona. The Palau is heated and short, the characters are friendly rather than scary, and there is a playground and a picnic area for breaks.

Catalunya en Miniatura is an outdoor park in Torrelles de Llobregat filled with small-scale models of the Sagrada Família, Montserrat and dozens of other Catalan landmarks, and at Christmas its little towns are dressed in lights and decorations. Santa rides the park's small train with the kids and collects their letters, and a giant Tió waits to be hit with sticks. On site, El Palau del Nadal is a short indoor theater walk through a heated hall, where six fantasy characters guide small groups through a Christmas story. It is gentle and up close, which suits toddlers and preschoolers well.
