About

Barcelona's oldest Christmas street fair runs along Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes from late December through Three Kings' Day (6 January), the traditional present-giving occasion in Catalan culture. Two long rows of stalls between Carrer de Muntaner and Carrer de Calàbria sell costume jewellery, decorations, clothes and ceramics alongside plenty of toys, sweets and small gifts — and you can stop for chocolate and freshly made xurros right at the market. Running since 1877, it's an easy, free outdoor wander in the heart of the Eixample.
