Comic Barcelona is one of the city's biggest pop culture events, and it's surprisingly great for families. The dedicated Comic Kids area gives ages 5 to 12 their own zone with comic-making workshops, a drawing and colouring station, a comic library to browse, a badge-making workshop, and a kids' cosplay parade with prizes for all participants. This year's edition features Hong Kong's first-ever pavilion in Spain, a Webtoon Academy from South Korea, a K-Pop dance contest, and a major Lord of the Rings exhibition, alongside international guests like Shintaro Kago and Milo Manara. The hero Superpatata headlines a drawn concert for younger kids.
