Barcelona's patron-saint festival runs five days with free concerts, street theater, castellers (human towers), correfocs (fire runs), parades of gegants and capgrossos, and a closing piromusical at the Magic Fountain of Montjuïc. Mercè Petita offers dedicated children's workshops, family theater, and circus; the gegants parade and daytime castellers in Plaça Sant Jaume suit small kids, and a separate Correfoc Infantil provides a gentler fire-run experience.
More family picks, Friday to Sunday.
