Yes. Several shows are listed for ages 0-3, like Parpadeo at laSala in Sabadell and Soul & Funk by Cia. Ninnus at Teatre Mercè Rodoreda in Sant Joan Despí. Use the "Per a nadons (0-3)" filter on the program.

Can we combine it with a day trip outside Barcelona?

Porta'm al Teatre ("Take me to the theater") is a new day when theaters across Catalonia stage family shows at once: circus, clowns, magic, puppets, musicals and baby theater. Kids are the guests of honor, with a red-carpet photocall, a chance to review the show themselves and, at some theaters, a hat-making workshop. A good nudge for a first trip to a real theater.
