Clubs and schools where kids take a weekly class and stick with it, from swimming and climbing to clay-court tennis and theatre. Each one groups children by age and level, so a beginner and a keen returner both have somewhere to go.

A members aquatics club founded in 1931, spread across two Sants and Les Corts sites with a 50m outdoor pool, two 25m pools, two 12.5m teaching pools, a fitness room, and a spa. Kids learn through baby swimming, graded swim courses from age 6, and artistic (synchronized) swimming, alongside water polo, athletics, triathlon, karate, squash, and table tennis.
Climbat La Foixarda is a 2,000 m² municipal climbing center on the Montjuïc hillside, built into a converted old sports hall by the Foixarda tunnel. Kids climb roped routes, boulders, and auto-belays, and the climbing school runs as a weekly extraescolar: a children's track for ages 4 to 13 and a youth track to 18, grouped by age and ability.
One of the city's oldest sports clubs, founded in 1902 on the hill behind Park Güell, with 16 clay tennis courts plus padel, a pool and a gym. The draw is the tennis school: the Kids program starts at age 3 through play and psychomotor games, then progresses through Initiation, Pre-competition and Competition levels grouped by age. There is also a summer campus.
El Planter is the youth branch of the Eòlia drama school, with weekly courses in theatre, musical theatre, acting, and singing grouped by age from 7 up. Sessions mix improvisation, scene work, voice, and movement, and each group rehearses toward a piece performed in front of an audience at the Teatre Eòlia. Classes run in Catalan and Spanish.
