Yes. Vilanova i la Geltrú is a proper town with restaurants and cafes throughout, so you're not trapped eating only festival food. The new picnic zone with food trucks is nice if you want to stay beachside, but you can easily walk into town for a proper meal if that's your style.

Will my 4-year-old enjoy the castells and correfocs?

The correfocs have kid-friendly versions, so that's doable. The castells are impressive to watch but honestly more interesting to older kids who understand what's happening. At 4, your child might get bored standing around waiting for them to build, so plan to dip in and out rather than camp out for the whole thing.
