Calling future pastry chefs! This hands-on workshop runs inside Croiss&Fest at Poble Espanyol, Barcelona's biggest croissant party, where 10 of the city's top pastry shops battle it out for Best Croissant in Barcelona. Kids roll the dough, fill it with chocolate, and decorate their own croissants. While the buttery beauties bake to golden perfection, there's a sugar figure station to keep little hands busy. Everyone leaves with treats they made themselves, plus access to the full festival: tastings, live music, DJ sets, and street food all weekend.
