About
This hands-on workshop runs inside Croiss&Fest, a croissant festival where 10 of the city's top pastry shops compete for Best Croissant in Barcelona. Kids roll the dough, fill it with chocolate and decorate their own croissants. While they bake, a sugar-figure station keeps kids busy. Everyone leaves with treats they made, plus access to the full festival: tastings, live music, DJ sets and street food.
