What you need to know
- Family ticket for two, so one adult and one child decorate side by side instead of watching from the edge
- Detailed decorating work, with fondant, piping and edible-ink markers, so it suits focused kids more than ones who need to run around
- Book ahead, the 12:05pm family ticket had already sold out by Oct 20
About
A Halloween cookie decorating class at Espai Granada, a cooking studio in Poblenou. This year's designs are catrinas (the painted skulls from Mexico), ghosts and pumpkins. Kids learn fondant, piping and edible-ink markers, then finish with sugar pearls, sugar paper and colors. Families leave with a cookie recipe to bake again at home.
