What you need to know
- Saturday giants and castellers, the 40th-birthday giants parade at 5:30pm then human towers at 7:30pm, both done before dark

About
The Raval Festival transforms the neighborhood's streets, plazas, and cultural venues into a four-day program featuring concerts, giant parades, flamenco performances, correfocs (fire and pyrotechnics shows), guided museum tours, family workshops, cinema screenings, drum routes, habaneres singing, and casteller human towers. Activities center on La Rambla del Raval and extend throughout El Raval, with community dinners and free guided visits at the Liceu, CCCB, MACBA, and Filmoteca.

- Thu Jul 9 7:00pm Opening parade with the neighborhood giants, ending with the giants' dance at Plaça de Vicenç Martorell around 7:50pm
- Fri Jul 10 10:30am Kids' morning: sports and games at Jardins de les Voltes d'en Cirés, then a family festa at Jardins de Sant Pau del Camp at 11am
- Sat Jul 11 5:30pm Giants parade for the Raval giants' 40th birthday, setting off from Carrer de Guifré
- Sat Jul 11 7:30pm Castellers build human towers at Plaça de la Gardunya
- Sun Jul 12 8:30pm Correfoc fire run closes the fest, best for kids 8 and up
