Caldes d'Estrac (Caldetes)

• R1 train to the sand, the Caldes d'Estrac station is a few minutes' walk from both beaches, no car needed
• Flat seafront promenade that runs the length of town, easy for strollers, scooters, and little legs
• Seafront playground at the south end of the prom, so kids can swap sand for swings

A small Maresme town with two sandy beaches, Platja de la Riera and Els Tres Micos, both Blue Flag rated and backed by a flat seafront promenade good for scooters and strollers. The R1 station sits a few minutes from the sand. The center holds the only publicly owned thermal baths in Catalonia, with spring water at around 39C.
