Tucked behind Barcelona's City Hall, Plaça de Sant Miquel is one of the quietest squares in the old city. Its playground has in-ground trampolines set right at the base of Antoni Llena's 26.5-metre Homenatge als Castellers, a stainless-steel tower shaped like the wire cage over a cava cork. The square is car-free, with a couple of bars for a coffee while kids play.
