On Saturday June 6, the Historic Botanical Garden on Montjuïc runs a free family harvest morning. Environmental educators take kids out to the garden beds to gather the ripe fruit and vegetables grown over the spring, a hands-on way to see where food comes from. Next to the guided harvest there's a free-play area where younger children can explore at their own pace. It runs as a relaxed drop-in from 11:30am to 1:30pm, so you can arrive when it suits your family and leave whenever the little ones have had enough. Entry is free and there's no booking, just turn up and sign in on the day.
