About
Environmental educators take kids out to the garden beds of the Historic Botanical Garden to gather the ripe fruit and vegetables grown over the spring, a hands-on way to see where food comes from. Next to the guided harvest there's a free-play area where younger children can explore at their own pace. It's a drop-in, so arrive when it suits you and leave when the kids have had enough.
