Do we need to understand Catalan to follow it?

No, it's a wordless sensory piece built from light, sound and texture, so families of any language can follow along easily.

Will my baby need to sit still and stay quiet?

Not at all. This is theater made for the very youngest, so a bit of wriggling, babbling and reaching toward the light is completely expected.
